Three years ago, Watermoor Point looked a little… quiet.
When we acquired the site from Mitsubishi Motors UK, there were some fair concerns — would this 157,000sqft site just sit empty? A ghost town in the middle of Cirencester?
We didn’t have all the answers, but we took a leap of faith.
Today, Watermoor Point is home to over 100 brilliant businesses. From solo founders and startups to growing teams and established firms — this place is alive with ideas, energy, and daily coffee-fuelled hustle.
So we’re throwing a party to celebrate how far we’ve come — and you’re invited!
