When our lease expired, we decided to move but found it difficult to find the right property. They were either too large, too small or in need of a lot of work. Watermoor Point was then presented to us as an option. The idea of a shared workspace was not something we had really considered before but it soon became apparent that it could be the ideal solution.
Not only does it offer flexibility from a space perspective, for both office and warehousing, but it also removes the need for most of our previous facilities management tasks and the associated costs. No longer do we need to think about things like fire and intruder alarm maintenance, boiler and air conditioning servicing and emergency lighting checks.
Watermoor Point also offers numerous additional benefits such as the ability to book meeting rooms as and when required. The communal space, both inside and out, are ideal for taking a break for a coffee, lunch or informal meetings. The Café is a real bonus with a great offering of delicious jacket potatoes, sandwiches, coffee and cakes.
