Operated by Warehouse Works.

Our co-warehousing lets you scale up or down as your business evolves, combining flexibility with professional-grade logistics infrastructure.
2) Self-storage rooms & garages
Size: 115 to 1,150+ sqft
Compact indoor units with the perks of a full-service logistics hub. All spaces benefit from access to pallet trucks, forklift services, and on-site support.
Our secure lock-up garages offer convenient drive-up access- ideal for tradespeople, local service providers, and anyone who needs practical, no-fuss storage.
3) Walk-in box storage
Size: 35sqft
Ideal for bulky items or occasional overflow.
Ground floor access, wide doorways, and easy loading make it a breeze.

Q: What’s the minimum rental term?
Our agreements are flexible. Many customers start on 3-month rolling contracts.
Q: What about access hours?
Standard access is 8:00–18:00, Monday to Friday. Other hours available by arrangement.
Q: Are forklift services available?
Yes! We have qualified drivers and equipment onsite to assist with your handling needs.
Q: Do I need insurance?
Yes, we ask all customers to provide proof of contents insurance. Building insurance is included in your licence.
Q: Is it just storage?
