Meeting Room Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure fair usage of our meeting rooms and to maintain availability for all our clients, the following cancellation fees apply:

1. Up to 5 days before your booking: If you cancel or reschedule, 50% of the total booking fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

2. 48 hours or less before your booking: Cancellations made within this period will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

3. No-shows: If you fail to attend your booking without prior notice, the full booking fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
