Following Mitsubishi Motors’ decision to discontinue vehicle sales in Europe, their headquarters building was acquired by Watermoor Point.
This transition necessitated a new base for Mitsubishis’ Aftersales operations, now a division of International Motors (IM), known as Mitsubishi Aftersales Parts and Service (IM MAPS). Electing to establish their operations at Watermoor Point, IM MAPS found an environment that resonates with their sustainable ethos.
Sharon Townsend, Head of IM MAPS, highlighted in a recent review, “The commitment to sustainability at Watermoor Point aligns seamlessly with our values. From comprehensive recycling measures and a significant solar power installation to the provision of electric vehicle charging stations, the facilities are exemplary. Notably, nearly half of our team members drive electric vehicles, and the building’s use of sensor-controlled LED lighting in communal spaces further underscores our shared dedication to environmental responsibility.”
